Lara Anderson is a business leader, author and expert in the space of artificial intelligence, with over two decades of experience leading complex technology, digital transformation, and business change initiatives. She works directly with C-suite executives, SME directors, and startup founders, bringing strategic clarity and practical expertise to high-impact innovation and transformation programmes.
Her academic foundation in AI and computational linguistics began in 1999 at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, where she was recognised as a highly gifted student by the Federal Republic of Germany. She later expanded her expertise at Harvard University and Trinity College Dublin, developing a deep understanding of both the technical and human dimensions of emerging technologies.
Lara has led high-impact projects and advised organisations across EMEA and the USA, delivering strategic programmes in intelligent process automation, data, digital innovation, and large-scale business transformation. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and change; bridging technical depth with commercial insight and organisational impact.
Fluent in multiple languages and known for her human-centred approach, she brings clarity, structure, and future-facing thinking to every initiative.
In 2021, she began studying psychology to explore how behaviour and technology interact, further enriching her work in digital and organisational transformation.
Currently, through writing, consulting, and thought leadership, Lara helps individuals and organisations navigate the shifting landscape of AI and business change with confidence and purpose.

With extensive international experience, Lara has led Data and AI-driven digital transformation projects across Europe (Germany, UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy and Turkey), the USA, India, and beyond. Her expertise spans Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), electronic Data Management Systems and AI integration, working with businesses to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.
Over the past two decades, she has closely followed the rapid evolution of AI, offering valuable insights through her publications, keynote talks, and consulting work. To bridge the gap between psychology and AI, she began studying psychology three years ago, further enriching her perspective on human-AI interaction.
